This is Not a Project, Just a REVISED Look at the Layout and Schematic of a 13 Watt CFL.

I was Unable to find any Data on the two "MC710" Transistors.
They are Not Motorola Parts, But Testing them I determine they are "NPN" Transistors with a Very Low "HFE" Value.
And based on Supply Voltages, they must be rated for 200 Volts or more. 

POSSIBLY MORE INFO COMING.
