I Recieved this in an Email from "Dale" in the USA:

QUOTE: Have my electric fence project finished and thought you might like to see the results.
It's been going for a couple of weeks now and works great.
I believe the pictures are self explanatory but if you have any questions feel free to ask.
The sealed lead acid battery is in a bracket under the deck and the small 12 vdc relay in the
enclosure is to turn the fence off during the day from a timer.
